Rob Schultz: Rob Schultz, Executive Director Rob Schultz, Executive Director
Rob is responsible for overall operations of COVER Home Repair and the ReCover Store. Rob has been an outdoor educator for 20 years, working at Outward Bound and directing the Farm & Wilderness Foundation. He sees COVER work sites as an ideal setting for community building. He lives in Norwich with his family and is in the middle of several building projects at their home (using materials from the ReCover Store). He is a member of the Hanover Friends Meeting and loves making music, canoeing and biking.
Hugh MacArthur: Hugh MacArthur, Home Repair DirectorHugh MacArthur, Home Repair Director
Hugh manages the Home Repair Program including site evaluation ,working with homeowners and volunteers, developing the overall direction and strategy for our repair projects and insuring that projects are successfully completed. Hugh has 25 years experience in the construction industry, most recently at Domus Inc. He lives in Thetford with his wife and has two children away at college. He is a member of the Hanover Friends Meeting and enjoys biking, gardening and sugaring.
Frank Orlowski: Store Manager Frank Orlowski Frank Orlowski, ReCover Store Manager
Frank lives in Piermont, NH and brings to COVER years of experience managing retail businesses from Portland Maine to Durham North Carolina and the Upper Valley. Since moving to the Upper Valley in the early 1990s, Frank has operated his own antiques and arts business, buying and selling primitive country items from across northern New England. On the side he freelance writes, specializing in business, travel and the trades. What brought him to COVER? "I had a need to lend my skills to a non-profit group benefiting others to use the gifts I've been given." Frank is also earning an MBA through Franklin Pierce College.

Peter is from Sharon where he has lived with his wife for 24 years and has been in the Upper Valley since 1966. He has a background in carpentry, including experience building four of his own houses (including the one he lives in now), cuts and splits his own wood and is a jack of all trades and a master of none. He loves sports in general, ask him about Racket-Back, aka paddle-ball. His motto is "One organism playing together to stay alive."

Gail is from White River Junction, Vermont where she has lived for the past 20 years. She became a volunteer at COVER after we did work on her home. Since joining COVER, Gail has become a VISTA volunteer. On her time off, Gail enjoys reading, computer games and watching SuperNanny! Gail graduated from Keararge Regional, Sutton NH in 1973.
Sarah Blum: Sarah Blum, Weatherization Coordinator Sarah Blum, Volunteer Coordinator
Sarah grew up in the Upper Valley and headed west for a couple years to attend San Diego State University majoring in Art and Sociology. She came back in 2001 and is delighted to be back in a part of the country where spring doesn't start until June. Sarah managed our pilot weatherization project in Winter 2005 and currently works as the Volunteer Coordinator. In her time off, she hangs out with her awesome son Silas also known as Spidey.
Nina Seaman: Nina Seaman, Office Manager Nina Seaman, Office Manager
Nina lives in Plainfield with her partner Robert. The opportunity to work with COVER brought her out of retirement from 25 years of professional experience in banking and financial institutions. Most of her experience is in accounting and data technology management. Her first job at COVER has been to computerize its accounting system and she helps in all administrative areas. Nina volunteers at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and is a member of the Shambhala Meditation Center, housed on the second floor of COVER's offices on South Main Street in White River Junction.
Pamela Goldsborough: Pamela Goldsborough, ReCover Store Truck Driver and Associate Pamela Goldsborough, ReCover Store Truck Driver and Associate
Pamela works part-time in the ReCover Store as a store Associate and the Truck Driver. Pamela lives in South Royalton, Vermont with her partner Steve where they are renovating the old South Royalton House - a 36 room historic Inn with four floors and a Carriage Barn. When on a donation pick up Pamela is truly fascinated by the stories that are intertwined with the donations and takes value in learning the history of the customers and what they are passing along to the greater community. Pamela is an artist, with a background as a licensed Esthetician with a certification in Lymphatic Drainage. Pamela brings her wonderful dog with her to work, Olive, who has the ability to turn any frown upside down.
Janet Coleman: Janet Coleman, COVER Outreach Coordinator, Americorps Volunteer Vista
Janet joined the COVER Staff in April, 2007 as an Americorps Volunteer Vista Member. Janet focuses her work at COVER on raising awareness in the Community about COVER assisting the staff on organizing the Community Gatherings and arranging speaking engagements with local civic groups. Janet resides in Woodstock with her Husband, Darryl and their two daughters, Tabitha and Angie.
"Nancy Theriault" Nancy Theriault
Nancy works on keeping COVER vital and able to work for the community through developing relationships with Donors and with Foundations who support COVER's work financially. Nancy lives in Hartland with her two daughters, one of whom is away at college, and their assorted animals. Nancy comes to COVER with a background of Human Services, working mostly in the field of early childhood, and still works part-time teaching American Sign Language to teachers, caregivers, and parents of children with language deficits. In her spare time Nancy enjoys many outdoor activities; reading; travel; as well as writing and directing children's theater productions for community theater.
